Q: Who can use My Inner Mentor?
A: My Inner Mentor can be used by anybody who is dissatisfied with the people or situations in their lives. The only warning we give is do not use this process for traumas or phobias. Please seek professional medical advice for these conditions.
Q: I'm the type of person who can let go of things that bother me, so why would I need
My Inner Mentor?
A: Many people have learned how to suppress their feelings regarding bothersome situations, and they feel that by doing so, they have effectively handled the situation. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. There are aspects of you that want to be recognized and activated in certain situations, and when they are ignored or squelched, they send you signals in the form of bothersome feelings. What is needed, is to identify and honor your feelings, and then use them to lead you to the positive attributes of yourself that want to be recognized and expressed. Once this process is completed, the bothersome feeling will cease to exist.
Q: Are you saying that I should let things bother me?
A: No. We're saying when something does bother you, it's an opportunity to discover the positive attributes that need to be recognized and expressed. When you do this, your life has more purpose, and you move through your life with more ease.
Q: What about anger? When I get angry I raise my voice and let people know exactly how I feel. Why do I need your process?
A: Even if you believe it's okay to express your anger, that anger is indicating that you are bothered by a situation, and, it may be affecting, or interfering with, your relationships. By using My Inner Mentor, you can examine what the anger is trying to tell you. You will discover the positive aspect of yourself that is not available to you in the situation that is making you angry. When you start uncovering and activating those positive parts of yourself that are stuck or inactive, often anger is replaced by cooperation or understanding.
Q: Often I have feelings but I can’t really explain what they are. Can I still use My Inner Mentor, or will I get the wrong results?
A: You are not alone in your inability to accurately describe the way you feel. We have found ourselves on more than one occasion grappling to find the right word. This is why we decided to provide a list of 96 different types of feelings that you can refer to that will help you pinpoint the exact way you feel. And, even if your particular feeling is not on that list, just describe the feeling the best you can, and My Inner Mentor will still lead you to positive results.
Q: What will happen after My Inner Mentor accesses and activates inner strengths and positive aspects of myself?
A: You will handle situations with more dignity and poise! And, remarkably, it will seem like bad situations aren't happening as much anymore. This is because several things may be occurring here:
1. A situation might be the same as it was, but, being connected to your inner
strengths allows you to handle it differently. Consequently, you now handle
it in a more efficient manner that no longer bothers you.
2. People will realize they can't push your buttons like they used to, or they can't
get you to react the way they expect you to, so they decide not to bother
you anymore. They'll just go find someone else that they can bother and upset.

become more and more involved with people who share your values,
and you attract relationships with people who are more attentive and
more open to your ideas and opinions.

A: Each time you take a situation that bothers you through My Inner Mentor you come into contact with positive aspects of yourself which automatically increases your self awareness of all the positive strengths you have at your disposal.

A: When you build a stronger self image with My Inner Mentor, you are reunited with powerful aspects of yourself that give you the self confidence to act in more empowered ways.
